Your order is of utmost importance to us. Please note that all items are carefully prepared and will ship within 3-7 business days. We provide full transparency from the moment you purchase: as soon as your order is placed, we automatically generate and send your tracking information so you can monitor your package right away. Please allow the 3-7 business day window for the carrier to first scan the package and for the tracking link to show movement.

Refund & Exchange Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date. All returned items must be in unworn, unused, and brand-new condition. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Once your return is received and thoroughly inspected, your refund will be processed and issued back to your original payment method. NOBKGD reserves the right to deny any refund if the returned items do not meet these stated conditions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact our customer service team immediately at NOBKGDCLO@gmail.com. Be sure to include your Order # in the subject line. We are committed to resolving the issue promptly.

Delivery Address Issues

Please ensure all shipping information, including apartment numbers and street details, is accurate before finalizing your order. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes or edits to the delivery address. NOBKGD. is not responsible for any delays or lost shipments resulting from incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

False Chargebacks
